TENANTS
We offer an approachable and personal service for tenants, dealing with any issues in a timely manner. Our maintenance workmen are trustworthy and reliable. Deposits are returned (with any agreed deductions) in a timey manner. Emergency call out cover is provided for evenings and weekends to give tenants peace of mind. Regular inspections also give tenants a chance to raise any concerns they have with their tenancy and fixtures and fittings.
ARE WE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE?
Yes! After all, you are our client, you pay for us to manage your property, and there should be more to it than setting up direct debits and signing leases. Communication is the key, both before and after letting your property. We will tailor our service to your needs; you can receive your monthly statements by email if you prefer. Swift action is taken to carry out your requests. We also build a rapport with the tenants - this makes for a hassle free let, which is what we all want. We endeavour to keep clients up-to-date with changes in legislation (e.g. Housing bill) and provide support where changes in legislation require landlord action.
